FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Hey! I can't access the site!
Make sure that you are typing in your customer number correctly. It is a nine-digit number that can be found on the invoice you received with your first shipment of cards. Sometimes, your customer number may be longer than 9 digits. If it is, drop any zeros at the beginning and just use the last nine digits. If, for example, your invoice shows your customer number as 0000123456789, you would only use 123456789.
I don't have a customer number!
It could be that you're not an IMP customer. If you haven't received packs of Weird n' Wild Creatures cards in the mail, you won't be able to access our site.
I thought I had already registered, and I know I put in the right customer number!
If you put in your customer number and are still having problems seeing the rest of the site, there are a couple of things that could be wrong. You must have "cookies" enabled in your browser, and if asked, you need to accept cookies from weirdnwildcreatures.com, otherwise, you won't be able to log on. It may also be that the last time you logged on you were using a different computer. You can do that, but every time you use a different computer, you'll have to put in your customer number again. If you don't know how to enable cookies in your browser, open the "help" function in your browser and search for "cookies." It is also possible that you erased your cookie by accident, or your cookie got scrambled. Just enter your customer number again and it should fix the problem.
Some of the pages load kind of slowly.
The Weird n' Wild Creatures site uses a lot of graphics (pictures), which makes download times longer, but make the site look cool. We also use Java in some of our pages, which can make things slow, too, but it allows us to offer crossword puzzles and other cool interactive games. We recommend a computer with a 500 Mhz or faster processor, 128 MB of RAM and a broadband internet connection such as a Cable Modem or DSL. Otherwise, some pages may take a long time to load. The good news is that even if you have a slower Internet connection (like a modem) the pages will load more quickly the second time you look at them.
When are there going to be more creatures, games or puzzles added?
We add new content all the time! Check back frequently for new stuff!
